just, i went to the bookstore to zap a set of ws and it cost me $1.
5 pages yet so expensive right.
thats not the point
the point is that, i heard the auntie saying its $1.70
and i paid $1.70

was thinking why was it so expensive ($1.70 = 8pages or so), flipped through the pages!
and realised it's only $1 lo!!!!

so i asked the aunt and she gave me stupid reply!
me : auntie, i give you $1.70 leh, but i zap 5 pages only leh
aunt : really meh? i did not see, i told you $1 mah

HELLO?!??!??!?!?!??!!!!
i give you 1 $1 coin, 1 $0.50 coin and 2 $0.10 leh!!!
how could you not feel it?! which cashier never look and just keep the money?
EVERYBODY GIVE YOU THE EXACT AMT MEH!!

so phew! i save my 70cents!
i'm happy really really happy

this 70cents plus another 30cents, that would be enough to buy tissues from the handicapped etc

In the past,
i dont really care
when i dropped $10 in the dustbin
(accidentally throw my $10 away instead of my rubbish)
when i paid $2 for the bus fare
(no coins and dont wish to delay the bus so just insert the $2 inside)
when i dropped my coins while Q-ing and couldnt bother to find it as i'm blocking ppl's way


i view money with a different angle now

now, hoping that i can save $ w/ skipping my meals!
