when i get angry all the upset things come back and made me so miserable that i really cant stop crying after so long

i felt like my heart had been stabbed

i swear whenever someone makes me angry i will forget about it. esp when the next time they talked to me again so friendly so nice i WILL really dont mind what had happened in the past
